3/4 lb Pork tenderloin, cut in -sliced
-strips 1 c Carrots, thinly sliced
1 tb Vegetable oil 1 Garlic clove, minced
1 1/2 c Mushrooms, fresh, sliced 1 c Chicken broth
1 lg Green bell pepper, cut in 2 tb Soy sauce
-strips 1 1/2 tb Cornstarch
1 Zucchini, thinly sliced 3 c Hot cooked rice
2 Celery stalks, diagonally
Brown pork strips in oil in wok or large skillet over high heat. Push
meat to side of wok or skillet; add vegetables. Stir-fry vegetables
approximately 3 minutes. Combine broth, soy sauce, and cornstarch;
add to wok or skillet and cook until clear and thickened. Serve over
hot rice.
