See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
1 c White beans; dried, such 2 tb Parsley; finely chopped
-as white kidneys or pea 2 tb Basil; finely chopped
-beans ;black pepper to taste
4 c Water 3 ts Red wine vinegar
1 c Onions; finely chopped 1/2 c Olive oil
1 ts Garlic; minced
Unless the package specifies no soaking, place beans in a bowl and add
water to cover about 2 inches above top of beans. Soak overnight.
Drain beans. Put in pot and add 4c water. Bring to boil, simmer 50
mins to 1 hour, til beans are tender. Drain well.
Put beans in a mixing bowl and add remaining ingredients. Blend
gently but well. Serve warm.
