1 lb Carrots -- cut 1/2 in. 1/4 ts Pepper
Slices 1/2 c Bread crumbs
2 tb Onion -- minced 2 tb Butter or margarine --
3/4 c Mayonnaise Melted
1/3 c Water 1/2 c Sharp cheddar cheese --
1 tb Prepared horseradish Shredded
On stovetop or in a microwave oven, cook carrots until tender. Place
in a 1 qt. baking dish; set aside. In a small bowl, combine the next
five ingredients; mix well. Pour over carrots. Combine bread crumbs
and butter; sprinkle on top. Bake uncovered at 350 deg. for 25 to 30
min. Sprinkle with cheese. Return to the oven for 2 to 3 min. or
until the cheese melts. Yield: 6 servings.
