PAPRIKA AND PEPPER. DEBONE AND SKIN THE CHICKEN BREASTS AND RINSE THROUGHLY
BUT DO NOT PAT DRY. COAT BREASTS EVENLY WITH CORNMEAL MIXTURE ON ALL SIDES.
SPRAY A COLD SKILLET WITH NO STICK COOKING SPRAY AND HEAT OVER MEDIUM HIGH
HEAT. COOK CHICKEN FOR 8 TO 10 MINUTES TURNING OCCASIONALLY TO BROWN ON ALL
SIDES. COOK UNTIL NO LONGER PINK.
