1 MED. SIZED WHITE ONION CHOPPED (LIGHTLY SATUEED)
1/2 TSP. CHOPPED CILANTRO
1/2 TSP. SALT
1 CLOVE GARLIC FINELY CHOPPED
1 TSP. CRUSHED OREGANO
2 TBS. RED WINE VINEGAR
1 TBS. OLIVE OIL
A FEW SHAKES OF CRUSHED RED PEPPERS (ADD TO TASTE)
A FEW SHAKES OF CAYENNE PEPPER (ADD TO TASTE)
