Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 (4 oz.) can whole green 2 tb Melted butter
-chilies 2 ts Sugar
3 c Fresh corn or frozen 1/2 -1 tsp. salt
1/3 c Yellow cornmeal 1 c Cheese, grated

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter baking dish. Cut chilies in wide
strips. Combine corn, cornmeal, butter, sugar and salt in blender.
Layer 1/2 cornmeal mixture, chili strips and cheese. Top with rest
of cornmeal mixture and put cheese on top. Cover with foil and bake
1 hour at 350 degrees.
